Our History
Africa Home Haven Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Samson Ghebremariam, Director of Biostatistics at Novartis Oncology and an emerging leader in the industry. As a native of Northern Ethiopia, he understands the struggles orphaned children face due to conflict, poverty, and disease. He has therefore established this foundation in order to help alleviate the challenges faced by these vulnerable children

As a founder and chairman of the foundation, Dr. Ghebremariam provides strategic direction and oversight. He works to ensuring the organization stays true to its mission and maintains financial stability. He officially represents the organization.

Dr. Mesfin Gobena
Executive Director
Dr. Gobena is responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementation of the organization's mission. He works closely with the Chairman to develop and execute strategic plans and oversee the organization's finances.
